Stitchery involves using thread to draw and/or write on a fabric surface. Stitchery is also a term often used to describe other types of needlework such as cross stitch and embroidery but here we are using the term to describe mainly primitive stitching. Primitive stitchery is the simplest form of hand embroidery.
