Description :	As a fiber artist, I make my own original designs working in a variety of medias and techniques. I hand dye and or paint many of my fabrics with procion fiber reactive dyes, acrylics, oil paint sticks, inks and wax pastels. The fabrics are then texturized by adding tulle, sheers, cheesecloth, fibers and heat distressed plastics. My goal is to capture the viewer’s attention through both visual and tactile means.
