The KatRita Wood Project is a non-profit, all volunteer organization formed in the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita with the goal of salvaging wood from trees felled in both storms and using it to create art to raise money for the recover and rebuilding of the Gulf Coast Region.
